Merchandise bought on full price:
At Phiroza, we offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website. Please do notify us by writing to us on email@example.com
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full-price:
1. For exchange please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number along with details of exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost)on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
Merchandise bought on Discount:
Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns & Exchange policy :
www.phiroza.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.
No exchange or return requests shall be accepted on customised products.
